01 / The vision
Pacific Sound explores the replacement of the existing building with a slender residential tower shaped around its Broadbeach setting.
Curved balconies, generous glazing and layered planting establish the architectural direction. Inside, the concept considers full-floor sky homes and a two-apartment configuration, with living spaces arranged towards the ocean.
Architecture / An exploration
Soft lines and a vertical rhythm give the tower its identity. These studies explore how a compact high-rise could respond to the scale and character of Broadbeach Boulevard.
02 / The residences
Explore the two residential layouts. Each is an early design study, with dimensions and configuration to be developed.
A full-floor residence with ocean-facing living and dining areas, a generous balcony and a master suite at the front of the concept plan.
A pair of single-level apartments, each with an ocean-facing living area and balcony. Separate entries connect to a shared lift and stair core.
Indicative layouts only. Both plans use an assumed 12.6 m × 22.2 m envelope, including a 2.2 m balcony. This is not a surveyed site or setback plan. Areas include partitions and are not verified usable floor areas. Site fit, access, fire egress, structure, services and compliance require professional design development. Do not scale or use for construction.
03 / The setting
The coastline is the starting point for Pacific Sound: a residential concept connected to the beach, parkland and the wider Broadbeach neighbourhood.

Broadbeach’s cafés, dining and public spaces form part of the area’s established coastal character.
The design studies explore a contemporary tower form in the context of the boulevard’s existing and emerging buildings.

No. The renderings are illustrative and do not establish a permissible height, site boundaries, setbacks or a buildable envelope. A site survey, planning assessment and coordinated professional design are required to determine what may be achievable.
